The objective of this program is to provide a detailed understanding of project management and control practices from its inception through to feasibility and commencement. Student will gain a practical ability to critically assess, within a problem-solving environment, the processes and strategies undertaken by project managers to define, plan, control and deliver project requirements through completing this course. The unit aims to provide students to analyze the project control, cost planning, financial control, time management and scheduling where that can be applied to practical scenarios.
